When tasked with creating a functional space in a high-performing short-term rental we analyzed amenities the current configuration was not providing and determined an office space would create a complimentary value-add for any rental guests needing a dedicated area to work or just escape to a good book away from the main living areas. The new space showcases a bright coastal flair while still perfectly aligning with the existing color palettes carried throughout the residence.
