For this full-property refresh, Lusso Interiors reimagined SeaLevel as a refined coastal retreat—elevating an already striking West Indies–style residence into a calm, luxurious escape designed for modern coastal living and high-end rental appeal.
Anchored by the home’s natural light, lake views, and proximity to the Gulf, the design approach focused on layered neutrals, tactile materials, and effortless elegance. The result is a space that feels both elevated and inviting—polished enough for luxury travelers, yet relaxed enough for barefoot days and golden-hour evenings.
A soft coastal palette inspired by sand, salt air, and sun-washed driftwood was introduced. Warm whites, muted sea tones, and gentle contrasts replaced heavier hues, allowing architectural details and natural light to take center stage.
Curated Coastal Retreat
Each room was intentionally styled with custom-selected furnishings, textiles, and accessories that balance coastal ease with luxury restraint. Organic textures, tailored upholstery, and curated décor moments elevate the interiors without overwhelming them—perfectly complementing the surrounding landscape and views.

SeaLevel now embodies Lusso Interiors’ signature approach: timeless coastal luxury with short-term rental optimization.
